About the event:

The 5-kilometer (3.1 miles) Road Race will have water stops available along the course. The run must be completed in 45 minutes

Important Information for Walkers:

The course is open only to registered runners, wheelchair division athletes and official race personnel. If you are a registered runner, you can pick up your race packet at the Health and Fitness Expo on Friday, July 10, 2008 and Saturday, July 11, 2008. Dogs, skateboards, in-line and roller skates, bicycles, walkers, and baby strollers are prohibited. The use of radio/music player headphones is discouraged.

There will be parking available at Donovan Stadium and Murnane Field. Also, there will be a free shuttle bus service available after the run at the corner of Columbia St. and Schuyler St. to take runners back to the 5K start line.
