| About the event: |
| This is the Utica National Insurance Group’s 18th Annual Youth Run. Children under the age of 12 may participate for free in a run whose length varies by age. Children aged 4 to 6 run ¼ mile, the 7 to 8 age group runs ½ mile, 9 to 10-year-olds run ¾ mile, and children 11 and 12 run 1 mile. All participants receive a tee shirt, goody bag, and refreshments. In this non-competitive event, anyone who completes the race is a winner. |
| Important Information for Runners: |
| Registration is on Friday, July 6, 2007 from 12:00 to 3:00 PM. 2,000 entries are accepted and there is no entry fee. Applications can be found at the Utica National Youth Run tent at the Health and Fitness Expo. Complete instructions are available upon registering. No strollers will be allowed on the course. |
