UTICA – The 2007 “Utica National Youth Run” kicked into high gear Saturday morning on the campus of the Masonic Care Community, with several thousand runners between the ages of 4 and 12 years old all making their way toward the finish line.

The goal of the event: get the younger generation involved in the sport of running, and eventually, the Boilermaker.
