UTICA – Last year he ran as a District Attorney, this year it’s as a Congressman.

Michael Arcuri was in his hometown Sunday morning, running the Boilermaker Road Race for yet another year.

Despite exhaustion, Arcuri stopped by to talk to WKTV.
