Ignition lock to keep from texting, talking while driving
NEWS YOU CAN USE (WKTV) - The National Highway Safety Council estimates nearly a quarter of all car accidents involve cell phone use. While many states have bans against texting or talking while driving, they're finding that it's not enough. Now, a Virginia company is introducing new technology that would make it impossible to use your phone while driving. It's proving very popular for parents.
