NEWS YOU CAN USE (WKTV) - Local fitness expert Steve Krebs offers tips to get healthy in the new year. Here's a hint: It doesn't include any kind of New Year's resolution.

Krebs says the path to success starts with reducing stress, getting sleep, and eating more fruits and vegetables, on top of working out.

But the best advice: Start small.
