Man wanted for alleged stalking turns himself in to police without incident

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A man who was wanted for alleged stalking and criminal trespass charges has turned himself in to authorities.

According to the Utica Police Department, they received numerous tips as to the whereabouts of Stephen Dineen after his photo was released Tuesday on the Department's social media site Facebook as well as via several media outlets.

Police said Dineen was sought for two counts of stalking and one count of criminal trespass and was believed to be in the Greater Utica area.

After receiving numerous tips as to his whereabouts, police said Dineen, turned himself in to the warrants unit Wednesday without incident.
