Clinton woman accused of fraudulently obtaining drugs, syringes from St. Elizabeth Medical Center

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A former nurse a has been charged, accused of fraudulently obtaining drugs from St. Elizabeth Medical Center.

According to New York State Police, they and the NYS Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement have charged Collen R. Falbo, 41, of Clinton. Falbo, a registered nurse, was formerly employed by Digestive Disease Medicine.

Authorities say that Falbo is accused of fraudulently obtaining fentanyl and syringes while she was at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. She was charged with first-degree falsifying business records and obtaining narcotics by deceit.

Falbo was issued appearance tickets returnable to City of Utica Court.
