Holland Patent man faces child porn charges

HOLLAND PATENT, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Holland Patent man is facing child porn charges, according to New York State Police.
Police say Benjamin Woodruff, 31, was arrested and charged with four counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child.
Also, police say, he knowingly had material that included sexual conduct by a child less than 16-years-old.
The circumstances surrounding his arrest is unknown.
