Man arrested for second time in a week, stole grandmother's credit card

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Utica man is facing felony charges after he allegedly stole his grandmother's credit card, according to police.

Utica Police say 27-year-old Kristopher Worden was arrested and is charged with criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.

Police say it was early January when the card was stolen and several purchases were made.

Last Friday, on April 5, Worden was also arrested after allegedly shoplifting from BJ's in North Utica.

Worden was charged with petit larceny in that incident and stole 36 boxes of various brands of candy bars, according to a store employee.

In May of 2011, Worden was arrested for shoplifting 19 boxes of Crest toothpaste from Price Chopper on Genesee Street in Utica. He was charged with petit larceny at that time.
