Man charged for touching woman on bus arrested again
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Utica man has been arrested after he allegedly put his hands in a woman's shirt and touched her breast.
According to Utica Police, 47-year-old Joseph Berg was charged with forcible touching after authorities responded to a home in the 1500 block of Elm Street. Police say Berg placed his hands in a 24-year-old woman's shirt and grabbed her breast.
On March 5, 2013, the Utica Police Department also arrested Berg for allegedly inappropriately touching the intimate parts of a developmentally disabled female, while he was working as a bus aide for Birnie Bus.
