Marcy pharmacist accused of forging medical scripts
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A local pharmacist is facing felony charges after police say he was forging medication scripts for more than a year.
According to Utica Police, 27-year-old David Vomer, of Marcy, is charged with grand larceny, forgery and falsifying business records.
Law enforcement officials say that Vomer, who is employed by a Walmart pharmacy department, was forging the medication scripts from September 2011 through February 2013.
