Two reports of shots fired on Dudley Ave in Utica

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Police are asking for the public's assistance after responding to two calls of shots fired on Dudley Ave in Utica Sunday night.

Officers responded to the first report of shots fired around 10:45 pm. Once on scene of the 1100 block of Dudley Ave, officers found that several shots had been fired and struck a house, going through a window and into a wall. No one was hurt during the incident, police said.

At 11:45 p.m. officers responded back to the 1100 block of Dudley Ave for another shots fired call, once again finding several shots fired, most of them striking a house. Again no one was struck, police said.

Authorities are asking for the public's help in the incidents and ask that if anyone knows who was involved in these cases, to please call the Criminal Investigation Division of Utica Police at 315-223-3510.
