U.S. Marshal's Service looking for fugitive that frequents Utica

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The U.S. Marshal's Service is asking for the public's help in locating a man with an extensive criminal history that they say frequents the City of Utica.

According to authorities, Louis O. Wright, 24, has an extensive criminal history that includes several domestic-related incidents as well as weapons charges.

Described as 5'9" and weighing 150 pounds, authorities say he has several tattoos. He has an identical twin, but authorities say the tattoos are unique to him.

Wright is wanted on multiple counts of criminal contempt, harassment and a criminal mischief charge.

If you see Wright, authorities warn not to approach him, but to instead call the police at 315-735-3301.
