Whitesboro bomb threat arrest: five years later

WHITESBORO, N.Y. (WKTV) - A former Whitesboro High School student is accused of calling in a false bomb threat at the school nearly five years ago. Kaytie Yager, 22, of Whitesboro is now facing felony charges.

State Police say Yager called in the false threat on October 7th, 2008. At the time a search was conducted inside the school and on the grounds with negative results.

On Sunday August 25th, 2013, Yager was charged with falsely reporting an incident, a felony.

Yager was arraigned in Marcy Town Court and released after posting $800 bail.

It's unclear what new information led to an arrest in this case.
