Brink sentenced for Oneida Castle stand-off

(WKTV) - The man accused of the causing the tense stand-off with Police at Oneida Castle in July was sentenced for his crime, Wednesday.
Garth Brink, 82, pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment and criminal contempt, and was sentenced to three years probation.
Police said that during the stand-off, Brink threatened to kill himself, and the woman he lived with if the authorities didn't back off.

The situation eventually ended peacefully, but neighbors suspected that he forgot to take his Parkinson's medication that day.
