Cortland County man charged for possessing a sexual performance by a child

MCGRAW, N.Y. (WKTV) - A McGraw man is now facing charges following an investigation into the possession of child pornography in Cortland County.

As a result of the investigation, New York State Police charged Paul L. O'Neill, 36, of McGraw (located in the Town of Freetown) for possessing a sexual performance by a child, second-degree sexual abuse, and endangering the welfare of a child.

O'Neill was arraigned in the Town of Solon Court and remanded to the Cortland County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.

State Police said the investigation is continuing.
