Dawn M. Moyer, 39, of Mattydale was also arrested and charged with second-degree hindering prosecution for removing evidence from the Black Creek Road residence. She was processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Sullivan Court on October 23, 2012, at 4:30 p.m.
