Leyden woman accused of pointing gun at hunting parties passing by her residence

LEYDEN, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Town of Leyden woman has been charged after authorities say she pointed a gun at people who were traveling past her residence.

According to the Lewis County Sheriff's Office, Barbara J. Brach, 58, of the Town of Leyden, has been charged with second-degree menacing.

Authorities say Brach allegedly aimed a long gun at two separate hunting parties that were traveling past her Brock Road residence on February 21.

She will answer the charge in Leyden Town Court at a later date.
