Oneida man accused of selling crack cocaine

ONEIDA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A City of Oneida man has been charged after an investigation into the sale of crack cocaine.

According to Oneida Police, Faniel Denis, 32 has been charged with three counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

The arrest was made by Oneida City Police with Madison County Sheriff's Department assisting and followed a lengthy investigation by Oneida City Police and the New York State Police Criminal Narcotics Enforcement Team.

Police said Denis is alleged to have possessed and sold crack cocaine.

He was committed to Madison Country Jail.
