September trial date set for Clayton Whittemore

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WKTV) - A trial date has been set for Clayton Whittemore, the New Hartford man accused of killing his girlfriend, Alexandra Kogut, in her SUNY Brockport dorm room in September.

Whittemore will have at least two hearings (a Huntley Hearing and a Probable Cause Hearing), both scheduled for May 10, before a trial scheduled for September 30.

He appeared in Monroe County Court this morning where the hearings and trial were scheduled.
