Authorities say "Bella," a 3 year old black Labrador mix with a thin strip of white on her chest, a little white patch under her jaw and longer black hair down her neck was stolen from a residence in the Town of Clay on June 7. Anyone with any information is asked to contact State Police in Lysander at 315-638-8200. Authorities say if the dog is returned, no charges will be filed against that person.
