UPD COLD CASE: 2002 asphyxiation death ruled suspicious

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Utica Police need your help in solving a suspicious death dating back to 2002.

On January, 10, 2002, investigators were called to Barnes Ave. for a suspicious death.

It was there that they found the body of Katherine Scott, 29, who was also known as Katherine Liggins. Her cause of death was ruled asphyxiation.
