UPD COLD CASE: 1990 Proctor Park homicide

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Utica homicide in an east side park has remained unsolved for more than 18 years, but now Utica Police are hoping the information can shed new light on the investigation.

Police said Endra Bell was a 36 year old black female who was found dead in Proctor Park on September 27, 1990. Bell left behind three children, and her murderer still has not been brought to justice.

The Utica Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division is looking to obtain new leads to assist with the investigation.
