WANTED FUGITIVE:Authorities searching for Joseph Lasher after domestic violence incident
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Authorities are on the lookout for a man they are considering a fugitive from justice, and are turning to you for help in finding him.
Joseph A. Lasher, 24, of Utica is currently wanted by the Utica Police Department Warrants Unit and the United States Marshals Service NY/NJ Regional Task Force on an arrest warrant for Domestic Violence and Criminal Mischief as the result of a domestic violence incident that occurred in the City of Utica earlier this month.
He is described as a white male, 5' 09" tall, 150 pounds, with blue eyes, brown hair, and two tattoos - one on the left side of his neck featuring Asian symbols and writing, and one on his left forearm which says "COREY."
Authorities said Lasher has a criminal history which includes arrests for burglary and grand larceny. He is considered armed and dangerous, and should not be approached if sighted.
