UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Authorities have announced the capture of Reinaldo Ramos, of Utica, who was wanted as a fugitive from justice. According to the U.S. Marshals Service NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force, Ramos, 51 was wanted by the New Castle County Police Department in Delaware for two counts of rape of a victim under the age of 16, two counts of unlawful sexual contact with a victim under the age of 13, one count of indecent exposure to a victim less than 16, and two counts of offensive touching. Authorities say they received several leads indicating Ramos may be within the City of Utica and around 11:10 a.m. on Tuesday, Ramos was located at 1530 Sunset Ave and arrested without incident. Ramos was transported to the Utica Police Department where he is awaiting arraignment as a Fugitive From Justice.
