UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A man wanted on a probation violation as well as a criminal contempt charge in the City of Utica has now been located by authorities. The United States Marshals NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force sought Jamie K. Santalucia in early January for a first-degree criminal contempt charge by the Utica Police Department as the result of a domestic violence incident which occurred in the city. Authorities said he was also wanted by the Oneida County Department of Probation for violation of probation. He was on probation for a previous conviction of first-degree criminal contempt. On Tuesday, January 31, Regional Fugitive Task Force members developed information that Santalucia was staying in an apartment at 2 Kennedy Plaza in the City of Utica. Task Force members responded to Kennedy Plaza apartments and Santalucia was arrested while hiding in an associate's apartment.
