Man accused of intentionally driving car into an occupied vehicle

ILION, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Herkimer man has been charged after police say he intentionally drove his vehicle into another occupied vehicle.

According to Ilion Police, Joshua W. Doxtater, 21, of Herkimer, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, which is a felony.

Police said that the arrest stems from Doxtater allegedly driving his vehicle into another vehicle while the vehicle was occupied. Police said the incident, which happened in the Village of Ilion, was reportedly intentional.

Doxtater was arraigned and sent to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond.
