Dennis W. Ford III, 26, has a tattoo of the word "brothers" on his right arm. Authorities say he has a criminal history of rape, sexual misconduct, larceny, weapons offenses and menacing. He is wanted along with three other men for a gang assault in the Village of Ilion on January 31, 2013.
