UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Christina Penn, 28, of Utica, was charged with petit larceny for stealing a $100 bottle of tequila from a liquor store. Penn turned herself in at the police station due to surveillance video from the store that was distributed via Facebook and various media outlets.
