UTICA, NY (WKTV) - Luis G. Villanueva Jr., of Utica, was charged with Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 7th, 2 counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Utica Police saized a quantity of cocain, money and a high powered SKS rifle in the process of executing a search warrant at his residence.
