UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Caeden Lauber (age 20, of Roberts ...Street, Utica) was taken into police custody and charged with Making Graffiti (class A misdemeanor). The arrest was made after observed a man spray painting graffiti onto a stop sign, at the intersection of Broadway Street and Hanna Park Drive.
