(Herkimer, NY - November 5, 2010) - On November 4, 2010, State Police in Herkimer and Richfield Springs responded to a Domestic Dispute on Mary Hill Road in the Town of Warren, Herkimer County, NY. A female at the scene reported to the responding Troopers that 44 year-old, Shane P. Nicholson, of 329 Mary Hill Road, Richfield Springs, NY, had assaulted her by punching and biting her and had held her down against her wishes. Nicholson has been charged with multiple crimes. (NYSP)
