(Oneonta, NY – November 4, 2010) On October 29, 2010, Trooper Shane Long out of SP Oneonta arrested Susan R. Leviness, 67, of Oneonta, New York for Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest resulted after a traffic stop on State Route 7 in the Town of Oneonta. Ms. Leviness submitted to a blood test to determine the alcohol content of her blood. The results of the test are not immediately available. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable in the Town of Oneonta Court on November 3, 2010. (NYSP)
