UTICA, NY (WKTV) - Jose A. Sancez, 24, of Utica, charged with Rape in the Second Degree and Criminal Sexual Act in the Second Degree , both class D Felonies. Sanchez is is alleged to have engaged in sexual intercourse and oral sexual conduct with a female less than 15 years of age in the City of Utica, N.Y. during the months of September and October 2010.
