SULLIVAN, N.Y. (WKTV) - Jason A. Forshee, 37, of Chittenango, charged with DWAI - Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs. Forshee was charged after a pedestrian accident in the town of Sullivan resulting in the death of Lynn M. Eggert.
