ONEONTA, N.Y. (WKTV) - William A. Sprague III, 27, of Oneonta, charged with 2nd degree murder after he and another man were seen carrying an unresponsive woman to an apartment in the early morning hours of November 14th . Sprague was later released from custody when it was decided there was not enough evidence to hold him.
