HERKIMER, NY (WKTV) - Robert L. Daley Jr., 33, of Little Falls, arrested for Assault in the Second Degree (Class D Violent Felony) and *Strangulation in the Second Degree (Class D Violent Felony).

Daley was arrested after his live-in girlfriend was treated at Little Falls Hospital for injuries allegedly inflicted by Daley.
