UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Ronald Fuentes, 26, of Utica is accused of throwing boiling water at another man after an argument. Utica Police Fuentes got into an argument with the victim at an apartment on Dudley Avenue. During the argument, Fuentes is accused taking a pot of boiling water off of the stove and throwing it at the victim. Police say when the victim fell to the ground, Fuentes poured a second pot of boiling water on him.

Fuentes is charged with assault. Fuentes is currently on parole and is a registered sex offender.
