Delores Gary, 45, of Utica, was arrested after police responded to a larceny complaint. The officers spotted apparent cocaine residue and attempted to retrieve the suspected drugs. Gary then began to kick the officers, pulled away and tried to run until tasered by the officers.

Gary is charged with harassment, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
