Alexander Heath, 22, of Utica was arrested after Utica police officers responded for a large disorderly group. When they arrived they began to disperse the crowd, when a male ran up and tackled a female. The officers attempted to take the male into custody but he resisted until the were eveentually able to gain control of him and place him under arrest. The man is charged with the following:

Disorderly Conduct-violation
Harassment-violation
Resisting Arrest-misdemeanor
