Investigators say 35 year old Glenn Hall of Clayville was seen speeding on the Arterial near Court Street, and when a Utica police officer attempted to pull him over, he fled, proceeding north.

That officer says Hall then traveled at a rate of 105 miles per hour near the Riverside Center. He was eventually stopped by police on Trenton Road in Holland Patent where he was taken into custody.

Hall is charged with D.W.I., speeding, unlicensed operation and circumventing an interlocking device.
