A Rome man is facing charges after authorities say he punched a woman in the face while she was driving in a Wal-Mart parking lot and threatened to kill her. According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, Wilbert G. Morris Jr, of Rome was arrested on January 7 following the incident that occurred two days earlier.
