A man who was wanted for alleged stalking and criminal trespass charges turned himself in to authorities on January 5. According to the Utica Police Department, they received numerous tips as to the whereabouts of Stephen Dineen after his photo was released Tuesday on the Department's social media site Facebook as well as via several media outlets.
