UTICA, N.Y.(WKTV) Rickey Gilmore Sr., 47, of Utica, is is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. Samantha Stvenson, 41, of Utica is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, one a misdemeanor and the other a felony. The pair was arrested after a warranted search of a home on Nichols St. Police discovered the sale and distribution of drugs.
