UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Devin A. Dixon, 23, of Utica, was arrested and charged with third, fourth and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Dixon was arrested following a a search warrant at an Elm Street address. The search warrant was a result of an investigation into the sale and distribution of narcotics. During the search warrant a quantity of cocaine, marijuana, and money was seized.
