FRANKFORT, N.Y.(WKTV) Roy Kangas faces several charges in the death of Terry Kohl, including aggravated vehicular homicide, manslaughter, and various traffic violations that include DWI and driving under the influence of drugs. The charges are in connection with an accident that occurred on September 10, 2010 on Dyke Road in Frankfort.
