ILION, N.Y. (WKTV) - Village of Ilion police have charged Andrea Walker, 38, of Ilion with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of third-degree rape.

The arrest stems from a report that Walker was providing and smoking marijuana with children under the age of 17 years old. Police say Walker allegedly had sexual relation with a female under the age of 17.
