UPD was patrolling Francis St. when he observed a vehicle commit a vehicle and traffic law violation. He stopped the vehicle and interviewe the driver. During his investigation he could smell marijuana and after interviewing the occupants he discovered a quantity of marijuana in the vehicle. He also located a set of metal knuckles in the vehicle.
