On June 28, UPD responded to Rutger St for the report of a domestic incident. He spoke with a female victim who said that she got home around midnight and she and her boyfriend got into an argument. The argument turned physical and he allegedly strangled her several times, and punched her. The victim was treated at the hospital for two black eyes and marks to her neck. Officer Perra located the suspect on Rutger St. He is charged as follows: Arrested: Terrel Loadholt (32) Catherine St Charges: Harassment- violation Criminal Obstruction of Breathing- A misdemeanor
